Find the AI opportunity worth funding.

A fixed-scope sprint for logistics and supply chain operators that turns AI and data ideas into a prioritized, ready-to-pilot plan before you commit budget, people or months of development.

Two starting points

Start with a Teardown or a Sprint.

Both begin with a free 30-minute discovery call. Choose the level of commitment that fits the decision in front of you.

01 · Entry engagement · Half a day · €1,900 + VAT

AI Opportunity Teardown

A three-hour working session with your leadership team. You bring the ideas and the friction; you leave with a ranked one-page shortlist and an honest read on whether a full sprint is worth your money.

Credited in full against an AI Opportunity Sprint booked within 60 days.

When this fits

For teams before the big build.

I work best with logistics, transport, freight forwarding and supply chain operators that have real AI or data opportunities but need sharper investment decisions.

Typical client size: 20-500 employees.

The same patterns apply in other operations-heavy businesses: field services, distribution, mobility and utilities, wherever the business runs on where things are and how they move.

01

Dispatch and planning are overloaded

Teams lose time to exceptions, repeated checks and moving updates between systems.

02

Operational data is fragmented

TMS, telematics and platform integrations each hold part of the picture.

03

Visibility needs a business case

You need evidence before funding improvements to ETA reliability, customer communication or margin per lane.

Where I fit

The AI upgrade path.

Companies climb four stages of AI adoption, and each stage needs different help. I work where AI meets location and movement data in core operations and customer-facing services. For the earlier stages, I will happily point you to the right people instead.

  1. 01

    Learn

A pilot group builds awareness and runs first experiments.

    Trainers, courses & communities

  2. 02

    Equip

Universal AI tools for everyone: chat, copilots, plus training and governance.

    Tool vendors & IT partners

  3. 03

    Transform

AI enters core business processes with specialized, domain-specific tools.

My work: sprint, validation, value verdict

  4. 04

    Productize

AI sold to customers: data products, AI features, agent/MCP interfaces.

My work: product discovery & leadership

Track record

Two decades in location and movement data.

My work has followed one thread since earning a master's degree in geoinformatics in 2003: geospatial products and digital maps at Regio / Reach-U; founding Nutiteq, an open-source mobile 3D map SDK; and product leadership in location intelligence at CARTO.

At Sixfold and Transporeon / Trimble, I applied the same foundation to freight visibility, sustainability and logistics data platforms. Freight visibility is geospatial work: objects moving through space and time.

Today I advise logistics and supply chain operators on where AI actually pays.
