Goplex is operated by Googolplex OÜ. We collect only the information you provide via the contact form (name, company, email, message), used solely to respond to your enquiry.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Analytics, when enabled, is cookie-free (Plausible).

The AI twin chat

The chat on this site is AI-powered. It is not Jaak typing. What you write is sent to our AI provider to generate a reply, so please do not include confidential company data, personal data about others, or anything you would not put in an email to a stranger.

We store your messages and the replies for up to 24 hours after your last activity, purely so the conversation holds together, then delete them. A short-lived technical cookie holds a random session identifier, and we keep a temporary, salted hash of your network address to enforce fair-use limits. You can clear a conversation at any time with the reset control in the chat.

We ask our provider not to store the requests for its own purposes. The provider may still retain data briefly for its own abuse monitoring, under its own retention period. Jaak may read a conversation while it is still stored, and receives a copy of the transcript by email about 15 minutes after the last message, to see what visitors are asking. We keep counts of chat usage without message text. No email is collected in the chat, and no marketing follow-up comes from it.
